Anil Arora ( Founder & Director)

1990

Joined family brickmaking business. Responsible for transportation & delivery

1992

Brick business was dying, family looked for alternate income streams. Ventured into warehousing

1993

Was responsible for marketing and leasing warehousing space at Mandoli. Focused on blue chip customers

1995

Moved on from Family Business to set up MJ Warehousing Private Limited. MJ was initially an asset light 3rd party logistics services business

2005

Founded MJ Logistic Services Ltd to setup state of art logistic facility

2008

Eredene investment (10.5 million pounds), acquired 21 acres land in Delhi NCR for Distribution Center (200,000 sft) development near Delhi with further development potential of 300,000 sft

2015 – 2017

On MJ board
Advising US Pension fund for investment in Indian Warehousing real estate (up to Aug 2017)

2018

Founded Aetos Growth Partners, an advisory firm. boutique advisory services firm for creating solutions for firms in the logistics business on their most significant issues and opportunities
